Well, last week was a pretty good week for me, all told. I taught another set of Microsoft CRM classes. I taught the 3-day Installation and Configuration class, then the 2-day Customization class. It was a partner class, meaning that all of the students were Microsoft Business Solutions Partners, just like Quilogy. You just never know how that's going to go.
However, much to my pleased surprise, it went very well. The class was totally engaged, participated, was candid in dialog, totally NOT the obnoxious stuff that some Partners are. I mean, really, what is being rude to me and others...
I think I'll have an area dedicated to Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (MSCRM) v 1.0 (and future versions, of course). Of course, there are official Microsoft-sanctioned and managed sites on the product, but as someone that does quite a bit with the product, there's not a resource focused on the hard-core technical junk that one may run into.
So, I'll be collecting suggestions for topics, as well as creating plenty of my own. If you have an question or suggestion for an article, please let me know.
Thanks. Later.
